Along with Edward, Matt handles all variety of Agency work, specialising in providing reasoned advice to numerous vendors and lessors looking to dispose of their property assets.

Chris heads up the Lease Consultancy and Property Management departments and assist Edward Siddall-Jones within the commercial agency department.

Chris has significant experience in all facets of Agency, Landlord and Tenant and Property Management disciplines having worked on numerous industrial, office, trade counter (roadside), petrol filling station and vehicle dealership developments throughout the whole of the UK for public, private and corporate clients. Furthermore, Chris has previously managed a national client’s portfolio of over 600 properties providing Landlord and Tenant and Management advice. Chris is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an accredited RICS valuer. Chris is a Director of the Jewellery Quarter Association and Chairman of the Heritage and Regeneration Committee within the JQA Ltd.

Known just as Zaf throughout Birmingham, Zaf provides the 'backbone' to the team, specialising in the Valuation of mainly commercial property for Loan Security Purposes, Accounts, Investments/Portfolio's and Development appraisals. You name it, Zaf can value it!

Zaf has detailed knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law as well as the local and regional property market. Zaf is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an accredited RICS valuer

Edward is the head of the commercial agency department and uses his knowledge of the local and regional markets as well as a considerable amount of enthusiasm to achieve a number of notable instructions and sales on behalf of the public, private and corporate clients.

He is involved with a number of development projects and offers advice on the sale of brownfield development land in addition to industrial and commercial properties.

Christian is responsible for the 'day to day' smooth running of all aspects of the business.

Paul specialises in the building surveying, facilities management and project management sectors where responsibilities include the preparation of Schedules of Dilapidation and Condition as well overseeing the maintenance / refurbishment programs for a whole host of public, private and corporate clients. He is experienced in undertaking the role of expert witness at arbitration on landlord and tenant.
