Director: Chris Booth Along with Edward, Chris heads up the commercial agency department which prides itself on providing pragmatic, proactive and realistic advice on all aspects of commercial property (i.e acquisition, disposal, investment and development sectors). Director: Edward Siddall Jones Edward is the head of the commercial agency department and uses his knowledge of the local and regional markets as well as a considerable amount of enthusiasm to achieve a number of notable instructions and sales on behalf of the public, private and corporate clients. Consultant: Michael Nattrass Mike started the company in 1980 in partnership with Philip Giles. His varied experience and wide knowledge base enables him to provide advice to clients on all areas of property. He has undertaken the role of expert witness at arbitration on landlord and tenant issues. He has experience on Rating and Compensation matters and uses his commercial agency experience and knowledge to act on behalf of numerous private, public and corporate clients with regard to the acquisition/disposal of land and complex land assembly cases for both infrastructure and regeneration. Consultant: Paul Sootheran Paul specialises in the building surveying, facilities management and project management sectors where responsibilities include the preparation of Schedules of Dilapidation and Condition as well overseeing the maintenance / refurbishment programs for a whole host of public, private and corporate clients. Consultant: Richard Perkins Along with Zafar Zackaria, Richard handles all variety of professional work, specialising in providing valuations, for secured lending purposes, and rent review and lease renewal advice to numerous investors and banks and financial lenders. Consultant: Zafar Zackaria Known just as Zaf throughout Birmingham, Zaf provides the 'backbone' to the team, specialising in the Valuation of mainly commercial property for Loan Security Purposes, Accounts, Investments/Portfolio's and Development appraisals.
