Nattrass Giles agrees Heads of Terms on 10-Acre site in Essex.

Property Consultants on numerous education projects, we have negotiated the most favourable terms on a 10-Acre site in Loughton, Essex on behalf of Epping Forest College.

Richard Adams, partner, at Nattrass Giles comments, “By maximising the initial payment but also agreeing a clawback mechanism to protect the College in the face of rising house prices we have secured the most favourable terms.”

A 0.7-Acre site in Birmingham’s leisure quarter has now been earmarked for a 300-bedroom student site. Richard Adams commented, “The site was sold off market to a company experienced in achieving consent for high density student schemes which maximises the capital receipt for the client.”

Letting to Ring and Ride

Letting is completed on industrial premises in Runcorn Road, Balsall Heath. The 13,000 sq ft building was let to the Ring and Ride on a 10 year term at a headline rental of £4.50 per sq ft.

Public House Let For Council

Letting completed on the Woodlands Public House, acting on behalf on Birmingham City Council, Nattrass Giles have let the historic premises located in a key node point in the Eastside development area, to a local landlord on a three year lease.

Strapex Sub – lease Completes

Sub–letting is now completed on the former Strapex building located next door to “The Hub” in Witton, Birmingham. The 40,000 sq ft building was let to Wykes Electrical on a 10 Year lease at a headline rental of £2.65 per sq ft.
