On behalf of Birmingham City Council, we have sold five site for uses ranging from leisure, industrial and offices and have been instructed on five further sites. We also act as Expert Witness and provide market analysis to assist the Councils planning policy.
For Decra Plc we have acquired 40,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation in Stoke and Skipton. On behalf of Travel West Midlands and National Express Group, we have sold numerous bus depots across the Midlands for uses including food retail, storage and leisure.
In respect of the F.E Sector, we have sold and acquired sites for numerous Colleges including 10 Acres on behalf of Kidderminster College and land assembly of their site in the Town.
On behalf of Ernst and Young, we have sold two thirty acre training centres, one in Telford and the other in Livingston, Scotland.
We act for Collins Stewart Property Fund Management on disposals and lettings of industrial premises across Birmingham.
Abbeyland have instructed Nattrass Giles on five of their new business parks where they are building a mixture of high tech business units and modern industrial units.
We have sold office buildings on behalf of clients including Westbury Plc, and Partco Plc.
